Isdn call rejected

Hi .

I'm having a strange problem. With an ISDN router 801 configured with dialer profiles , isdn connections inside Spain are working right, but some dialer profiles are configured to make international calls. For these cases i receive this log (debug isdn q931):

Sending 5, 100-byte ICMP Echos to, timeout is 2 seconds:

*Mar 1 04:35:52.615: ISDN BR0: TX -> SETUP pd = 8 callref = 0x14

*Mar 1 04:35:52.627: Bearer Capability i = 0x8890

*Mar 1 04:35:52.631: Channel ID i = 0x83

*Mar 1 04:35:52.635: Called Party Number i = 0x80, 0049** Plan:Unknown, Type:Unknown

*Mar 1 04:35:52.835: ISDN BR0: RX <- RELEASE_COMP pd = 8 callref = 0x94

*Mar 1 04:35:52.839: Cause i = 0x8295 - Call rejected

*Mar 1 04:35:52.855: Facility i = 0x91A10C020200800606040087690107

*Mar 1 04:35:52.867: - ETSI Supplementary Service, Invoke, Unsupported operation

*Mar 1 04:35:52.895: ISDN BR0: Supplementary Service not supported 4

*Mar 1 04:35:52.951: ISDN BR0: Error: no chan for call id 0x8014 found....

I think this is a problem of our service provider. Has anybody encountered this problem?

Re: Isdn call rejected

As soon as we place the call it is rejected by the provider switch.

In Cause i = 0x8295 .....82 means public network (switch) near local user, ie, the first switch on the 801 side is rejecting it.

95 could mean that the provider is rejecting the call coz you are not provisioned for long distance calls need to get in touch with the service provider.

Thanks, Mak.
