ISDN Call Screening

With ISDN call screening, without callback, can you have Challenge Handshake Authentication Protocol (CHAP) security also?

I have configured a router, a Cisco 2600, with CHAP that works fine. When I enable

call screening, access to the router is gained with CHAP. It would appear that

call screening does not get invoked. That is, I cannot see call screening with debugs, but

I can see CHAP with debug. Do I need to remove CHAP?

Re: ISDN Call Screening

Yes, you can do ISDN call screening

and PPP authentication at the same

time. With ISDN call screening,

there is no debug that explicitely

shows the screen; The command

debug isdn q931

would be the best you could do.
