ISDN Error : Illegal Interface BR0:1

hi

can someone tellme y i m getting this error while trying to connect to my ISP ?

its a working config and started behavin like this since ydy.

Dear Sanjay: I would try the following if faced with the problem:

* Get more debugging information. If feasible in your environment, try the following commands:

#debug dialer

#debug isdn q931

Neither will cause any serious impact on your router's functionality. Information from those commands may provide more insight.

Use #sh debug to see what debugging options are on. Use the no form of each command or the #no debug all command to turn off debugging.

* Determine if someone has changed any of the settings on the router: if there is a backup copy of the startup-config file, take a look at it; ask if other techs have made changes.

* Contact the phone carrier or ISP--whomever you deal with on that end--and see if they have made any equipment or configuration changes on their side.
