I have 2 router connected with Frame Relay, both of the router using ISDN as backup. Central Site configured as snapshot server, and the remote site configured as client. When the Frame Relay "Down" the ISDN "Up". I already using debug and has check all the ISDN phase. It's connected normally succesed. But when I try to ping the remote site router (from the remote site--->ping it self interface ip address) and I cannot ping to the Central Site. I've got this messages:

012_RO_01#ping 192.168.252.26

Type escape sequence to abort.

Sending 5, 100-byte ICMP Echos to 192.168.252.26, timeout is 2 seconds:

4d05h: Dialer1 DDR: ip (s=192.168.252.26, d=192.168.252.26), 100 bytes, outgoing interesting (list 101).

4d05h: Dialer1 DDR: ip (s=192.168.252.26, d=192.168.252.26), 100 bytes, outgoing interesting (list 101).

4d05h: Dialer1 DDR: ip (s=192.168.252.26, d=192.168.252.26), 100 bytes, outgoing interesting (list 101).

Success rate is 0 percent (0/5)

Quest:

1. Why I cannot ping my own interface.

2. When the Central Site ping the Remote Site then the connection becomes OK (well establish--> the remote router becomes can ping to the central)

Thank You.

Best Regards,

HATO

Get your configs ready and open a case with tac. Without looking through those and running debugs, it's difficult to see where the problem is.
