ISDN message BRI1/2: Ignore the AP at state F4 due to IS at F7

When the bri interface goes from shutdown to no shutdown the following message is generated BRI1/2: Ignore the AP at state F4 due to IS at F7 what does this mean

This message means that router received INFO frame even though the status is OK(F7).

This message indicates that an Activation Pending event

is being ignored, since it is referring to bri card, some

routine is probably checking to see if the card is up

and recognizes that isn't but ignores because

it realizes it is in process of coming up... This is only a

status message and should not be affecting your card.

This might be a hardware problem on the router.
