Hi, we are having an AS5300 on one side and we are trying to make it callback a windows PC with an ISDN interface card by opening also both B channels.
So far we have failed. Is there a configuration issue that we should be aware when configuring this scenario on the cicso side ?
Thanks

As long as the remote is calling the 5300 two times, each call should be called back. See if this helps, too:

Hi Mark,
Would you know how windows would call the AS two times, one for each channel? Maybe this is not exactly a cisco related question but just in case you have come across such a case in the past
Thanks a lot

Sorry, I don't. It may depend on the ISDN card (not sure if there is anything to configure there). If you can't get that to wok, you could configure a dialer map on the 5300 with a load-threshold, and after we call back the first time when the load is met we should make a second call.
