Hello All. Is anyone aware of the ISDN switch type used in the United Arab Emirates? The ISP there is called "Etisalat". Regards, Tariq.

Could be anything. You need to ask your ISP exactly what type of switch and ISDN they offer (5ESS, basic-dms100, etc.)

As far as I recall, Etisalat itself uses primary-ni and primary-net5 for PRIs into their boxes.

Thanks for your responses. Initial confirmation from Etisalat has indicated that they use net3 for BRI and net5 for PRI. Regards - Tariq.
