ISDN Terminal Adaper to Cisco 3640

I require some information on how to configure a 3640 router to allow ISDN dialup over an E1 link, from a PC with an ISDN terminal adapter. My router already is configured to allow PSTN dialup, and also ISDN dialup from 800 and 1600 routers. However, when I try to connect from a PC (Windows 2000) with a TA, I get the message below:

Check networking protocol connections...

TCP/IP CP reported error 733: Your computer and the remote computer could not agree on PPP control protocols.

I have followed the advice on the Microsoft Knowledge Base but this has not resolved the problem, therefore I believe it may be a router config issue, probably in the PPP authentication.

I would be grateful if you could point me in the direction of some sample configs for the 3600 for this as I have been unable to find them on the TAC website.

Many thanks
