ISDN top-up for WAN circuit

Is it possible to use a 'top-up' of ISDN2 based on load for a point-point synchronous serial connection? If so can this co-exist as a back-up route using 'floating static' or is a seperate dialer interface required?

You can use the backup load command on your serial interface in conjunction with the backup interface command
