isdn x25 d channel on x25 b channel

hello

I`ve got a problem in my company

we would like to migrate the eft-pos (electronic file transfair) terminals, witch runs x25 d-channel

directly to isdn b-channel (cisco router 3745) without a terminal adamter

In the old networks, the eft-pos terminals works with isdn d-channal to a isdn b-channel terminal adapter, witch is connected to a x25 switch

I`ve configured my router as follow

interface BRI1/1

no ip address

encapsulation x25

no ip mroute-cache

isdn switch-type basic-net3

x25 htc 5

isdn incoming-voice modem

for my testscenario I also have configured a terminal adapter with isdn d-channel witch is connected to a labtop and simulates a eftpos-terminal. this part works well!

the problem is, I can not make a connection to my routers b-channel !

can the router thake the work of a terminal adapter ?

have you got a configurations example ?

thanks

theo

Re: isdn x25 d channel on x25 b channel

The router with a ISDN BRI port has a terminal Adapter built-in .See whether the following link can help you in configuring the X.25 network .

thanks for your help
