ISDN

Hi,

I have a 2600 series router in the Hub location with 1 ISDN- BRI line. And I have 2 spoke locations with 1751 router with 1 ISDN-BRI line.

Requirement: I need to dial to both the spoke locations using the same 1 BRI line at Hub using one channel for each spoke location at the same time.

Is it possible ..if so please let me know how to do it?

Thanks

Srikanth

Re: ISDN

Hello srikanth,

This is possible. Put your bri interface in a dialer-pool and configure two dialers to use this pool. Without PPP multilink, they will use one B-channel each:

interface BRI0/0

dialer pool-member 1

int dialer 1

bandwidth 64

dialer pool 1

end

Re: ISDN

Hi Nilesh,

Thanks for your reply.

Small issue again. Here in my case both the B channels won't be active all the time. One of the B channel will dial out only when the Serial link goes down

( 1st Remote site) and the other B channel will always be up and connected to the 2nd Remote site.

Is this can be configured???

Thanks

Srikanth
