Issue with Topology map opening up using Java-plug-in trough firewall

Hi Cisco,

In our enviroment, there is Ciscowork2000 and workstation. In between there is a firewall. From the workstation using Java-plug-in and IE, I like to access the Topology map ( other function is works fine ) but it seems to unable to open up. I believe this is more got to do with firewall blocking ports with Topology map.

If this is the case please tell me what port I need to enable in the firwall.

Refer to 'TCP and UDP Ports Used': http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/rtrmgmt/cw2000/cw2000_d/5steditn/ig_sol/instl.htm#1018862 which has a list of both Incoming and Outgoing ports which need to be opened.
