ITEM and device discovery

We have an ITM 2.0 station with IDU 1.0 for 3550-24-PWR support.

We tried to add 3550 devices which were already known in the inventory but with another domain name extension. The devices remain in learning state during several minutes and passed in the unknown state.

If we try to add a new device which is unknown from ITM, it works.

Do you known a method to clear the inventory database ?

Re-initialising the database should clear the unknown state devices.

We tried many times to re-initialise the databases

by using dbRestoreOrig.pl script.

The rediscovery works but is blocked at 95 devices.

For the latest devices which are not discovered

the discovery status remains blocked at 50% completed

Is there another script or method to clear properly

the dabasases ?
