ITM 2.0 and DNS domain change

For our customer, we installed in our office a lab with an ITM 2.0 and a LMS 2.2 platforms on a DNS test domain.

Now, we are installing this platform on the real DNS domain of the customer.

We deleted the old devices from the inventory of ITM and we tried to import the devices from a file coming from the inventory of the LMS station (csv file).

The inventory doesn't want to update with new datas

and all devices appears in SNMP timeout state.

We checked the community and access to the devices and its OK.

Are aware of this kind of problem ?

Do you know a method to re-initialize the databases and to clear the alert and display alarms ?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Re: ITM 2.0 and DNS domain change

Thank you for the information.

I didn't see in this document a method explaining

how to change from one domain name to a new one.

The problem we have is when we moved to a new domain

name, ITM 2.0 don't discover again the Cisco 3550

switches in the new domain.

We tried to re-initialize the databases without success.
