Hi,
I've got a new install of ITM 2.0 with
ITM 2 IDU 1.0
GW Stats Util
IP Phone Helpdesk Util
IP Phone Info Util
I have all the media servers and phone-supporting switches without any problems.
In the IP Info Util if I try to add a discovery schedule for phones, I get a SCH002 error.
I also get SCH001 and REQP001 errors if I try to query the list of phones (although it will be empty).
The online help suggests contacting TAC to reinitialise the DB, or some such similar step.
When I look at the processes;
JRunProxyServer is running normally
PPIFDbEngine appears to have started normally but if I try to restart it it won't start.
PIFServer always fails to start.
Any ideas ?

Did you try re-booting PIFServer? May be you can try this offline.

Yes I did a pdterm/exec on PIFDbEngine and PIFServer, then net stop/start crmdmgtd, and finally re-booted the server.
Is this what you mean by rebooting the PIFServer, or is there another way of doing this ?
