Put and access group out on your wan interface and then find out what port numbers those 3 app's use. Create an access list with the same number as the access group out to deny them.
Or, you could just set up a very restrictive access list and just permit traffic that you need like mail and so on while blocking everything else. Allow traffic out as you need it. Certain websites like banking have port numbers that are sometimes in the higher range so you could watch out for this and add them if needs be.
