KRON : change ip address and ip route for a subinterface

Hi there.

I have read that since 12.3.1 there is a command KRON.

Trying it on my 7206vxr I cannot make it work on changing an ipaddress and setting a dgw.

tried this:

kron policy-list cust1

cli conf t

cli interface gigabitethernet0/2.12

cli ip address 1.1.1.1 255.255.255.0 secondary

cli ip route vrf cust1 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 1.1.1.2

cli end

!

kron occurrence cust1 at 14:40 14 Aug

but nothing happened. Not even an error in my log..

anyone??

I guess you need to configure the command "cli ip route vrf cust1 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 1.1.1.2 " in a separate policy list . Try adding the "ip route vrf cust1 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 1.1.1.2 " command in a second kron policy list called cust2 and then schedule the occurance of cust2 after the cust1 occurance.
