You can try these methods:
1. Get a list of your serial numbers and give them to your authorized Cisco reseller. They'll be able to determine if you have SmartNets or not and what kind or SmartNets.
2. Open a TAC Case with the serial numbers. If you don't, you won't be able to create a TAC Case.
