This is a bit of a complex one folks, I hope you can help!
Basically we have a fully switched network comprising of a mixture of 6509s and 6513s at the edge with a core of two, layer 3 6509s to facilitate inter VLAN routing. We are also running URT to provide security and DHCP to allocate subnets/VLAN accordingly. In addition we are using Policy manger for QoS, just to add to the fun. What I want to know is how the DHCP and URT side will actually work, i.e. how do the clients firstly get an IP that will allocate them to a logon VLAN and then pickup a IP for the correct VLAN, based on their logon credetials. I have some documentation of URT, but not al lot. Some detailed pointers on DHCP and URT in a Layer 3 environment would be very helpful.
Many thanks,
