Leased-lines between multiple BRI and one E1 PRI possible with Cisco?

The Teleco provider provides a PRI port, at which several BRI leased lines end. One E1 channel connects to one BRI leased line. Can I use a 1CE1B (E1 PRI) card in a 3640 router for this to send data traffic over different channel groups? Or are there other solutions?
