Least cost routing using two 2610s

Hi everyone,

I am designing a little configuration that will work like this:

there are two sites (A and B) both connected via ISDN2 on Cisco 2610s.

What I will need to do is for the router B to dial router A and once that is

done (maybe hold the call for a minute or so) and drop it so that the router

A can call it back. This will happen because router A will be able to dial

with cheaper call costs than router B. My first question is how do I set

that "conversation" up and the second question is how do I program my router

A to dial numbers by inserting a prefix (Least Cost Routing with at least

two different prefixes e.g. 162, 1554, etc) before the number.

Any help (or if you could point me to the appropriate documentation) will be

appreciated

Many thanks

George
