Hi
We are looking for tools that will allows to control the Network Access.
e.g.
When user plug in their Laptop or Desktop to Cisco switches they are only allow if we have their Mac-address in allow list or so...

Hello,
you need a mac address access list and/or port security. Are you running CatOS or Cisco IOS, and what is your switch platform (2900, 3500, etc.) ?

Port security will definitely be your easiest way to accomplish this, however, you could also move to doing dot1x authentication on the ports via a radius server. That way it wouldn't be nearly as crucial to have all your MAC addresses available...
