I have a client connecting 9 sites to HQ via GRE Tunnelling 512k with 64k ISDN backup. I am using dialer watch method for backup and I am running ospf. When the primary line fails, the 64k ISDN line will kick in. When the 64k ISDN line is running, from log file I find that the ospf neighbor state is up and down every 10-15 second. I believe that is due to the 64k ISDN line is too congested which results in ospf hello drop.
Any solution to make sure my ospf neighbor state and the exchange of hello is stable over the congested 64k ISDN backup line?
