I have a new turnup of a LL T1. Unforunately, we were short on facilities so the LEC used a HDSL NIU so that we could run this T1 circuit over a single pair. This weekend I tested this new circuit. The line came up and data was passing properly, but when I would send data across the line the round trip delay increases by thousands and renders the circuit relatively useless. Another engineer recommended I configure my WIC for HDSL, but the circuit is supposed to be a full T1. Anyone aware of this issue? TIA
