LMS and NNM

I need install the CiscoWorks LMS 2.2 and HP Openview NNM 6.2 in a server.

Which is the software that I may install first?

If you don't plan to integrate NNM and LMS then the order of install doesn't matter. But if you want to integrate both then it is recommended that you install NNM first because when you install LMS CD one it will also install the itegration utility and then it will try to synch with your NNM adapter.
