Load Balance in Frame Relay

Hi i have 2 sites with 3pvc

- one pvc for voice 128K

- one pvc for data 384K

- one pvc for video 512K

But if necesary use the pvc of video for data transmition went it is not in use.

I need to make a balance with 2 PVC of diferent rate.

The variance implementation resolve this problem or use of max-path comman.

Can you group all of those PVCs into single interface and apply QoS command on new interface?? I think it is a lot more convinece. You can apply CBWFQ or LLQ if you are using Cisco router.
