Load balancing between two 2650 with two 2mb serial links

We have two 2650 with a WIC-2T card each and two serial link of 2MB.

We need load balancing with these links.

How can we configure the routers.

Are static routes enough or do we need

EIGRP or anything else ?

EIGRP seems to be a good option to loadbalance between those 2 serial links.
