Load Balancing using a setelite connection

Hi I have a 64 kbps lease line connection to one of my offices and using a 800 series router.Along with this i do have a satelite connection to the same site.IS it possible to have a load balancing and a disaster recovery solution by utilizing the satelite connection along with the lease line link.

1.If your Setelite device supports routing, it would be possible to deploy load balancing.

2.Regarding disaster recovery/link failure.

I would Use the leased line as primary and configure the secondary path in the router via Setelite unit.
