Load balancing with iBGP and eBGP

Hello all.

I have the following scenario.

ISP1- ebgp- RouterA- ibgp- RouterB- ebgp- ISP2

In this scenario, both router A & B are receiving full internet routing tables via bgp.

The objective is to load balance to both ISPs.

The Problem is if Router A receives traffic destined for the internet on it's internal ethernet port, It will always use it's connection to ISP1 even if The Path via RouterB offers a shorter As-path. The only way I see around this is to change the administrative Distance of EBGP to be the same as IBGP. This seems rather drastic. DOes anyone have any other suggestions.
