Load Balancing

I have 2 routers at each end connected with two 512 kbps serial links. I would like to load Balance this links. How do I configure the routers to do load balancing. Also Iam doing End to End Encryption.

The switching mode will automatically load balance, as long as the routing table shows all routes via both interfaces. Process switching (least recommened) will load balance per packet, fast or CEF (recommended) switching will load balance per destination.

I have a 3640 Router with 4 ethernet interfaces. Only one to the inside Network. The 3 other interfaces connected to the Internet each to a satellite system (all with fixed bandwidth). Do you suggest a solution to load-balance the 3 interfaces into the 4th (LAN)?
