I have 4 , 2 mb serial links to same destination.
If I do load balancing on these what will be the
overhead or how it will impact the performance?
PS: I will be using CEF switching, and running 72xx routers
average traffic to this destination is about 3-4 mb

Are the E1's on the same routers at each end ?
Have you considered running multilink PPP instead and making one 8 meg circuit in effect ?

Yes its the same routers at each end.
Then again how about the overhead and performance issue when you run
multilink ppp?
or if you can advice me which will perform well the normal loas balancing or the bundled link
Thanks

I'd probably go with either CEF per-packet load balancing or MultiLink PPP. In your case I don't see a significant reason to go with one over the other -- both will increase CPU usage somewhat but should perform about the same.

It's not massive - on our NPE-300's bonding a few T1's costs just a couple of percent CPU if that.
I like the simplicity of a single logical link, but there's not much in it, CEF will work just as well.
