LOGGING DLCI Changes

On a 7206 ver 11.1(13) how can we log the changes in state (ups and downs) of DLCI PVCs logged? For example, when a frame relay circuit goes down we log it. Unfortunately, the normal "LOGGING BUFF DEBUG" does not log in the IOS or system, why? and what can we do to log the ups and downs of DLCI on this router?

Thanks, Brian

You can setup frame relay traps on the router which will send out frDLCIStatusChange traps. See http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/477/SNMP/snmp_traps.html for details.
