Logging network traffic on a Cisco 1603

Forgive me if this is a simple question but I am just starting to learn about Cisco kit so I thought I'd start with a simple one.

We use a 1603 to link our internal ethernet network to the Internet via an ISDN link. We have 20 PC's using this router to connect to the Internet, all with their own IP address.

My question: Is it possible to log what IP addresses each of the 20 PC's has connected to, for how long and at what times?

You would have to use an AAA server like Cisco Secure ACS http://www.cisco.com/go/acs for that level of accounting.
