I do not think that these values exist, simply because it is impossible to predict when your equipment will fail. Your best guess is to check out independent testers, like VeriTest, or the Tolly Group. I had a case once in South Korea where the power was turned off every night to save energy, and that took quite a toll on the Cisco routers there, they didn´t last as long as others that were turned on all the time.
