Looking for sample configuration details for a 3640 with a NM-1HSSI card

We are attempting to configure an NM-1HSSI card in a 3640 router and are

looking for sample configuration details. We are installing this router on a

multiplexed t1 serial connection and would like to see samples of the high

speed serial interface config as well as sub-interfaces using dlci values.

Thanks in advance.

Here is a link for a HSSI configs:

http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/access/acs_mod/cis3700/sw_conf/37_swcf/chap3.htm#53884

And here is a link for frame-relay configs; you should get what you need from both of these combined:

If I understand your post, the hssi card will not work for your application.

What you need is a channelized DS-3 card. The PA-MC-T3 card is an example. This card can have a ds-3 connection to a mux, which concatenates multiple t-1 feeds for delivery to your site. This can be a mixture of Frame relay, PPP, hdlc protocols. Unfortunately, I am not aware of a channelized DS-3 interface for the 3600 series. The part I mentioned is for the 7xxx series routers.

If I have misunderstood your topology, I apologize in advance.
