Loopback IP unable to ping across T1 serial

Having a problem getting my routers running OSPF via the loopback0 ip, interfaces up and able to ping ip from router, not able to over the serial. Serial able to ping across and all are directly connected in the route table. running ios 12.2 on both, no acl's,
