Lost Configuration in a 4000 router, the register are 0x2102 Urgent answer

I have some 4000 routers that had losed the configuration after a lossed power, if I configure the router again and reboot it, it not loose the configuration. The register before and after of the loss power are 0x2102. I checked the log and the stacks, the router does not report any error.

Thanks for your help.

After you reboot, when you see the configuration lost, do you happen to see the configuration that you previously did in the Startup Config in NVRAM??? YOu can verify this by issuing a command "show star".

In fact I did it, all of my configuration are correctly store in a NVRAM, I am searching a document (if there is) that says if the loss power can afect directly the register or the NVRAM configuration, or if the 4000 routers have any bug relation to it. By the moment I ´ve not founded it.

Regards.

Manuel.
