Lost connection to Catalyst 4006 - SUP3

We lost connectivity to Catalyst 4006-SUP3 IOS 12.1-12c.EW1 and we got these errors messages when issued sh logg on cat 4006 (LINECARDMGMTPROTOCOL-4-ONGOINGTIMEOUTWARNING is it a hardware or software problem??):

There were few bugs associated with similar problems. Try upgrading to 12.1(13)EW1

Where can I found document that show this bug on our version and what is the stable version 12.1.(13)EW1 or 12.1.14E1(ED)

The bugs were internal and hence not on CCO. 12.1.14E1 has some changes in feature set. 12.1(13)EW1 should be good code to run. If you see this issue in 12.1(13)EW1, I suggest that you open a TAC case

I don't understand why you ask to the customer to use the version

12.1.(13)EW1and not 12.1.14E1?

Thanks for pointing that out. Upgrading to 12.1.14E1 from 12.1(12c)EW1 should be ok.(No features will be lost.)

IEEE 802.3ad LACP is supported on 12.1(13)EW1 not in 12.1(14)E1
