I've carelessly erased the flash without backup the image on a brand new Catalyst 3550 24 SMI which just is purchased from resller. How can I find the image and load the image to the it? I've no CD purchase with the switch.
You will need to xmodem the image. As for access to the image, you'll need a CCO profile or open a TAC case to request the image. If that is not possible, you can copy the image from another 3550 switch using TFTP.
