Call your vendor and tell them to reissue a PAK though the purchase order that gave you the initial PAK,

Unfortunately who bought the company was closed.

if you cant go back to cisco with a purchase order, then you will need to buy new one.

A assume the Product Activation Key has been used to obtain related license file already. E.g. you entered it on http://www.cisco.com/go/license
Enter the site again, log in using the same CCO ID. The PAK should be listed here.
But it has no value for you - used PAK can't be reused for another box.

Thanks for the help, there is nothing. CCO ID I do not know under which activation was carried out.
But I would like to clarify because the 5515-s security plus this is the base license.
If you apply to licensing@cisco.com , they will send a new PAK?

Call Cisco support. Your only chance. But if you have no proof of purchase of such PAK, then your chances are rather low.

I have a purchase document with the S/N

PAK have no S/N as far as I know. Have you purchase document mentioning the PAK in question or the licence/product/feature set the PAK has been coupon for ?
Well, you need not to respond here. Just call Cisco support and ask them.
