Lot of errors in 3500XL Switch

Hi

I have 3548XL Switch

iam getting lot of CRC and Runt Erros

when i check the Loggin

05:12:41: %LINK-4-ERROR: FastEthernet0/47 is experiencing errors

and my how interface shows some errors

Hello Hari,

usually, these errors are either caused by a speed/duplex mismatch, or some type of equipment failure, which could either be the cable, the switchport itself, or the NIC of the device connected to that port. I would start out with setting both the switchport and the NIC of the device connected to that port to e.g. 100MB/Full Duplex fixed and see if that makes a difference.

duplx full

If that doesn´t help, change the cable, the NIC, or the switchport...
