Hi,

If Catalyst 2924-LRE switch connected to 24 CPE575 devices connecting Access Points to each CPE, What maximum bandwidth will be available to each Access Point while they are communicating at the same time.

Is 15mbps is shared among all 24 LRE ports or each CPE (LRE PORT) has dedicated 15Mbps available if this solution to be built operating all Access Points at the same time.

Please someone help me as soon as possible.

Thanks

I confirm the 15 Mbits (maximum on a short distance without noise and other problem).

quoted "12 or 24 LRE ports, each delivering dedicated per-port symmetric bandwidth up to 5 Mbps (up to 5,000 feet), 10 Mbps (up to 4,000

feet) or 15 Mbps (up to 3,500 feet) over Category 1, 2, or 3 single-pair copper wiring to support advanced network services." from

Good luck

Don't forget if you're going to be using all ports you probably want to run EtherChannel to the switch over the 10/100 ports.

I have found the LL profiles to give MUCH better thoughput on the LRE side.
