MAC addresses in CISCO Works for Windows

Does CISCO Works for Windows (any version) show me the MAC addresses of devices that are attached to my switches? Or is this feature only provided by user tracking of CISCO Works 2000? Thanks in advance.

Re: MAC addresses in CISCO Works for Windows

CiscoWorks for Windows (CWW) does not have this feature. User Tracking which is part of the CW2K Campus Manager application can be used for this.

User Tracking can be used to:

- Discover and display information about users, hosts, and IP phones in your network

- Query for users, hosts, and IP phones

- Modify, add, and delete username and notes in the main User Tracking table

- Highlight devices on the Layer 2 view in Topology Services

- View reports about duplicate IP addresses, duplicate MAC addresses, and duplicate MAC addresses and VLAN names

CiscoWorks for Windows doesnot have this capability. Its only provided in the User Tracking application of Campus Manager available in CiscoWorks 2000 LAN Management Solution.
