I have a wan were we are routing and bridging and one of our remote sites over a frail 128k link has a router that is the root bridge, I need to change this so that our router here at the CO becomes the route bridge - could anyone advise what command would be required to make this change and let me know if there could be any potential problems here.
The port with the lowest bridge priority would have the better chance to become the root port. Since you are routing and bridging already, you would have an IRB. The bridge priority command would let you do that
