We want to handle incoming ISDN calls time. We have ISDN Bri configured on branches, and an AS5300 at the center as access server.I have realized that by using show call calltracker history ,I can get "duration(sec) " of any call. What I want to do is to compare this data with pre-defined time, and to show the result on the screen. Can I use any management program to handle this?
