Hi,
All network management solutions I know still use SNMPv1 although SNMPv2 is around quite some time now. Has anyone successfully implemented network management of Cisco routers and switches using SNMPv2 or even SNMPv3? Would you share your experience? I would be very grateful.
Cheers
Georg

What specific NMS application are you using to maanage your Cisco devices, is it CW2000 or else?

It is CW2000 and HP OV NNM 6.2

CW2000 does not currently support SNMPv3

NNM 6.2 uses SNMPv2C (and SNMPv3 via an add-on from SNMP Research, http://www.snmp.com/products/snmpsecpack.html).
