For 2950's use CNA

You might have to upgrade IOS on your 2950 to support it.

In addition to Cisco Network Assistant which is a Windows based application, the 2950 switch also comes with an embedded device manager. All you need is to type the IP address of the 2950 switch in the browser to access it. Please note that the embedded device manager comes with the .tar images so if you have only been using .bin images to upgrade the switch then you will not get the device manager. If this is a brand new switch then by default it does come with the web device manager.

You can also use Cisco Works LMS or SNMS which are web based and have several components to manage Cisco devices.
