Depending on the 7500 platform (e.g 05/07/13) you should be able to fully populate the router, in non-RSP slots (e.g. 1 -5 and 8 -12 in a 7513, although My Cybus would be at 234% capacity), with GEIPs. **NOTE: The CyBus in 75xx series routers is 2X1Gig so, although it will work, the Cybus can be oversubscribed easily with these cards. I'd check to ensure this card is passing diagnostics and functioning properly (e.g. Not wedged, etc) and check your configuration and your physical connection (Both RX and TX) to whatever you're trying to ping to.
