We have a client with a 128k ISDN Internet connection to us - Ever since the router was installed, it periodically reboots...I see the following in the logs:

I updated the IOS to Version 12.2(5a), but this has not rectified the problem - Could it be bad RAM ?
(We have multiple clients with similiar configurations that experience no problems)
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Michael

For us to be able to decode the tracebacks we need at minimum a "sh ver | i IOS". If we get that we might be able to tell what is going on. You should also send a "sh stack" after the router reloads on it's own. You know what...post the full "sh ver" so I can also see what image you are running and with what resources. We might need to troubleshoot it like a memory leak or it might just be that you are maxing out what you have. I'm not even sure at this point if the 801 supports fast switching or not, I seem to recall someone telling me it didn't so turning that on might not even be an option.
You might want to open a tac case...provide a sh tech from when the problem is happening...that would be a good start.
