Memory Protection Violation on Cisco 805

I have a Cisco 805 connected via Adtran TSU Ace to a 128k frame relay circuit. With the circuit connected, the router is getting an Illegal read access: Memory Protection Violation error. I can connect the network to the loopback jack on the Adtran and the interface shows looped but without the problems. It only seems to happen once the PVC becomes active. I have change the router, but not the CSU. I suspect the circuit is causing the problem but was wondering if anyone had seen this before.

You can also try with a different IOS version if that is possible, to rule out any software related issues.
